How to get there:
By car
From the north
Use the M26, junction 6 and take the A22 south, passing through East Grinstead, Nutley, around the Uckfield by-pass and on to Halland. Continue south on the A22. Arlington Stadium is signposted on the right from the A22 at Hailsham (which is north of Eastbourne itself).
From the west and east
Use the A27 to Polegate and then head north on the A22. Arlington Stadium is signposted on the left.
By Train
The nearest station is Polegate which is on the London Victoria to Eastbourne line. Services are operated by Southern. Polegate station is about four miles from the stadium. Taxis will take you to the stadium.
By Bus
There are no direct buses to the stadium.
